hi khalid , i want to ask i followed the low carb diet for one year and my sugar level did not exceed 115 mgl if you aware about dr Bernstein approach which only allowes you to eat low carb vegetables along with protein and some fate - i wondered how the body function with low suger only 30 gm a day - i returned back to high carb diet about 100 gm per day i feel refreshed and i feel better but my sugar level fixed at 200 level :D i feel disappointed and also iam losing weight- what is your approach and how you manage your meals in the normal day , are you eating bread and starches and you blood
