How do others manage bed time?!?! Do any of you guys feel nervous going to sleep on a BG of 6/7? Or is it just me? I get paranoid of having hypos during the night and not waking up.. so for as long as I can remember I try to be a bit higher... sometimes my body wakes me during the night and I test my sugar and I see it at ‘normal’ levels but I still have a snack because I fear going lower...I feel like it’s counter productive when Im trying to remain in a calorie defecit.... What do others think/what’s your experience with this?

Just wondering how other ladies manage their blood sugars around the week leading up to their period? I find that I become insulin resistant-leading to higher, more stubborn blood sugars - and sometimes it gets difficult to manage high levels of exercise and adjusting insulin and food....it turns an already complex issue into even more complexity! Another element during that week and the first few days is the severe lack of energy - does anyone else get this? Thought it might be interesting to see if others feel this and if they’ve found any effective techniques to manage things? If any of you do have a particular method that works for you I’d love to hear it- I experiment with increasing basal rate- and try to listen to my body- and not turn into a sad monster who can’t stop stuffing her face!!🤣🤣🤣
