Saw a post says everyone should introduce themselves so here I am :) My name is John Mathew, I am 32 years old, I work as an account, and been a type 1 for 21 years now! I am on MDI (Novarapid and Levimere) and use the dexcom G6. Diabetes control isn't bad but not the best. I guess sitting down on my as$ the whole day isn't helping haha. I do home workouts here and there but I need to get more serious about it. Any home workout suggestions would be great :) If I am allowed to ask, it would be great if you post a home workout video that we can follow in your blog. (PS I LOVE THE GIFS ON HERE)
