Welcome to Keshta Academy
Here is where you will learn how to manage your diabetes around your exercise, daily activities, emotions, stress and pregnancy. Here you will be educated to be able to understand and control your diabetes and how to manage it in your daily activities
Who are we and what do we offer?
We are a group of athletes, professional coaches/nutritionists and medical professionals/physicians that decided to put together a platform to help people with diabetes manage their condition. We provide content in the form of posts, videos, articles, webinars, diet/workout programmes, consultations and coaching.
Founded by Khalid Keshta, who is a Civil Engineer, Bodybuilder, Personal Trainer, Diabetes Specialist and Nutritionist, but most importantly a Type 1 Diabetic Athlete
“Diabetes is a complex condition, and your diabetes will vary from my diabetes, your diabetes even may vary from day-to-day. That is why I came up with this platform, to educate people about their condition but to also help them manage it accurately. Myself and the other professionals working with me do understand diabetes in all its types and do understand sports, physical activity and exercise, hence we mastered how to manage both together”
Khalid Keshta to JDRF & Insulet
“Diabetes doesn't control you, you control it!”

What makes Keshta Academy unique, different from any other diabetes educational source and catching eyes?
It is simple
Every person working on this platform either has type 1 diabetes or is a carer of someone that does.
This is not to be underestimated. Diabetes is a condition that is very difficult for someone that is not experiencing the daily struggles to understand how it feels, and how to deal with it regardless of their level of education/qualification. That is why every professional on this platform is confident enough to understand diabetes in all its types and understand exercise and physical activities effects on diabetes, because we are living it.
We educate all age ranges, from parents that want to manage their babies' diabetes to persons that want to become professional athletes.
