How do others manage bed time?!?!
Do any of you guys feel nervous going to sleep on a BG of 6/7? Or is it just me? I get paranoid of having hypos during the night and not waking up.. so for as long as I can remember I try to be a bit higher... sometimes my body wakes me during the night and I test my sugar and I see it at ‘normal’ levels but I still have a snack because I fear going lower...I feel like it’s counter productive when Im trying to remain in a calorie defecit....
What do others think/what’s your experience with this?
